We stand with you, DREAMers! See our statement on DACA.

We at Young Women’s Leadership Network are saddened and deeply disappointed by the Trump administration’s decision to end DACA, the “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” program. DACA has helped many of our undocumented immigrant students attain a higher education and pursue the American dream we support them to achieve. While we remain steadfast in our efforts to ensure all students, including immigrant children, have access to a high quality public education, we would urge Congress to do its part by immediately working to pass legislation that would ensure our country’s Dreamers are put on a path to citizenship.
