Ways to Volunteer

Cool Careers, Potential Paths
Cool Careers, Potential Paths seeks to connect Student Leadership Network students – from The Young Women’s Leadership Schools’ (TYWLS) and CollegeBound Initiative (CBI) partner schools – to professionals from varied career backgrounds. There are many paths to success, and volunteers are invited to visit our schools to speak to students about their unique journeys. Students learn about various career options and what it takes to become a leader in myriad fields.
If you have any questions about Cool Career, Potential Paths please contact Kristin Gordon, Manager of Girls+ Education.

Student Leadership at the Workplace
Student Leadership at the Workplace coordinates a day at professional worksites throughout New York City for our high school students. Small groups of students visit companies to learn firsthand what a day in the life of an employee is like.
We collaborate with company representatives to plan a visit that is informative and rewarding for employees and students alike.
To sign up for Student Leadership at the Workplace or other company volunteer opportunities, please contact Matthew Chacko, Director of Institutional and Corporate Giving.
