Once you graduate from a Student Leadership Network partner high school and our CollegeBound Initiative (CBI) program, you join our extensive alumni network. The College Persistence (CP) team is here to support you and share resources for alumni as you navigate college, career, and training.

CollegeBridge

CollegeBridge supports your transition from high school to college. Our team of College Transition Coaches (CTCs), recent high school graduates just like you, are trained to help you navigate the matriculation steps required after accepting a college admissions offer.

CollegeJourney

Our peer-to-peer program supports high school alumni enrolled or transferring into any CUNY college. Alumni serve as Peer Leaders who, with the CP team, provide tailored support, outreach, rewards for college progress, and events to help students adjust to college life.

Resources

Our Lunch & Learns, newsletters, and events connect you with other alumni and help you learn to make the most of the resources on your college campuses. We also provide emergency funds and one-on-one support for alumni enrolled in college as needed.
