Girls’+ Education Leadership Cohort Series and School Leader Summit

The purpose of the 2025-2026 Girls’+ Education Leadership Cohort Series and Summit is to build a sustaining, supportive, and empowering professional community that nourishes and connects leaders of Girls+ public schools. Our focus is Meeting the Moment: Leading Girls+ Public Schools with Purpose, Integrity, and Joy. Our virtual series leading up to the summit will equip leaders with the tools and support they need to navigate complex national and local challenges while advancing excellence in girls+ education. The culminating event will be an in-person, two-day summit in New York City where we foster connections and advance our learning together. Ultimately, we will build a professional learning community that reduces isolation and reinvigorates school leaders.

The cost for the full Cohort Series and Summit is $1,000. All Summit meals, materials, and programming are included, but travel and accommodations are the responsibility of the participant.

Five 1-Hour Virtual Sessions are hosted on Wednesdays at 1pm EST

• November 12, 2025 – Cultivating sustainable, impactful intentions for leading a girls+ public school with purpose, integrity, and joy.
• December 10, 2025 – Leading and communicating with integrity in the current political climate.
• January 21, 2026 – How practicing moral courage can create more inclusive school communities. Co-led by bestselling author and professor Irshad Manji.
• February 25, 2026 – Cultivating and maintaining digital wellness and positive digital citizenship at your school. Co-led by Girls Leadership.
• April 15, 2026 – A place for every student: designing joyful, connected, and truly inclusive girls+ schools
