The Alumni Engagement team invites our Student Leadership Network alumni and high school seniors to our 5th Annual Future Success Symposium, “Next Stop: Get Career Ready!” on Wednesday, January 17th, from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. This event will be held at Student Leadership’s Central Office, 322 8th Ave 4th Floor, New York, NY 10001.

The Future Success Symposium is a conference-style event that prepares students for collegiate success. This year’s conference will focus on providing students with the skills needed to succeed in the workplace and help foster relationships with career professionals through dialogue and learning about career support services available in college.
This FREE event is open to all Student Leadership Network Alumni and our high school seniors. SIGN UP TODAY to join us for lively discussions, meet new friends and peers, and learn practical career skills and insights from our panels:
- Career Readiness Panel: Hear about the job search and starting a new job from your fellow CBI Alumni who are currently navigating the workforce.
- Develop your Elevator Pitch/Resume Tips and Tricks: Practice talking about your accomplishments and work directly with a career professional to identify the soft and hard skills for success. Create an elevator pitch and develop best practices for your resume, along with job search tips and tricks.
- Career Readiness Support in College: The Braven Leadership & Accelerator Course: Learn about the Braven Leadership and Accelerator Course, including the enrollment process/requirements and practical tips on navigating the workforce. Eligible attendees will be offered a spot in the program.
