WholeGirl+ School Leader Cohort Series and Summit

Student Leadership Network’s 2026–2027 WholeGirl+ School Leader Cohort Series and Summit brings together leaders of Girls+ public schools to build a professional community that reduces isolation, deepens connection, and re-energizes school leadership. This year’s focus is Leading with Purpose: Cultivating College-Going Culture Across All Grades.
The cohort is open to principals, executive directors, and heads of school, and, new this year, assistant principals whose work includes overseeing college-going culture.
Our virtual series will equip leaders with tools and support to navigate complex national and local challenges while advancing equity and excellence in girls+ education. The series culminates in a two-day, in-person summit in New York City, where we’ll deepen our connections and learning together.

All Summit meals, materials, and programming are included; travel and accommodations are the responsibility of participants.
Fees
The cost for the full Cohort Series and Summit is $850 for non-affiliates and $500 for Young Women’s Preparatory Network (YWPN) schools, and is included in affiliation for affiliates. If the cost presents a barrier to your participation, please note in the final question of the registration page.
