The 2016 Global Forum on Girls’ Education, Creating a World of Possibilities, will be held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York, NY, February 7-9, 2016. YWLN is a founding partner of this conference, along with host organization National Coalition for Girls’ Schools. This groundbreaking conference is hosted in partnership with pre-eminent educational organizations from all over the globe including the Girls’ Schools Association (U.K.), Alliance of Girls Schools Australasia, Philippine Alliance for Girls’ Education, European Association of Single-Sex Education, Young Women’s Preparatory Network, Canadian Accredited Independent Schools, South African Girls’ Schools Association, Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa, and New York State Association of Independent Schools.

We will address themes and topics that are universal in nature, such as Leadership, Health & Wellness, STEAM, Civic/Community Engagement, Classroom Innovation, Strategic School Advancement, Testing & Assessment, and Teaching & Curriculum.
YWLN will sponsor a dedicated Public School Symposium on Sunday, February 7. This symposium is in honor of the 20th anniversary of the founding of TYWLS of East Harlem, which changed the landscape for all-girls public education in the U.S.
